Yes. We build and manage Shopify stores. Your Shopify subscription is paid directly to Shopify and is separate from our fees.

Yes. We integrate secure, hosted payment tools like Stripe so you can take payments without handling sensitive card data yourself.

In many cases, yes. We can connect an existing site to your other tools even if we didn't build it. We'll review your setup first.

No, unless a proposal specifically says so. Third-party services — domains, Shopify, CRMs, SMS, email delivery, premium plugins and similar — are billed separately, ideally on accounts you own.

Yes. Every site we build includes an SEO foundation. We also offer an SEO tune-up for existing sites and ongoing local SEO management.

No. No legitimate SEO provider can guarantee a #1 Google ranking. We focus on the technical foundation, content and local signals that genuinely improve visibility over time.

Yes. When the project is paid in full, the website is yours. If we manage hosting for you, you can move the site elsewhere if you ever decide to.

You should. Whenever practical, important accounts like your domain belong to you. We can set them up and manage them on your behalf, but they stay in your name.

It is strongly recommended but not required. A care plan keeps your site secure, backed up, updated and monitored. Without one, those tasks fall to you.

Managed hosting is included with eligible care plans for static and custom small-business sites. WordPress sites use appropriate managed hosting. Shopify stores use Shopify's built-in hosting, billed directly by Shopify.

Normal usage is included. If your site sees unusually high traffic, storage or third-party usage, it may need an upgraded or dedicated hosting plan, which we would quote separately. We never promise unlimited hosting.

A 50% deposit is due before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch. Larger projects can use milestone billing. Small jobs may be billed in full upfront. Monthly care plans are billed automatically each month.

Yes. Our Starter Brand Kit covers a logo, colors, typography and final assets. It's a focused starting identity rather than a full corporate branding engagement.

Real business photography is best. We can use your photos, source appropriate stock imagery, or recommend a professional photographer. We don't use AI-generated images that pretend to show your actual staff, customers or work.

No. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States. We happen to focus local outreach nearby, but location isn't a requirement.

Projects are quoted per project. Care plans are month-to-month — you're not locked into a long-term contract to keep your site maintained.
